The Sublideck 2D employs the latest in infrared (IR) technology with state of the art vacuum forming to deliver unparalleled graphical decoration onto raised surfaces and multi-dimensional products. Decorate unusual and unexpected items typically not capable of being digitally decorated.

Sublideck 2D for simple shapes and contoured items
The Sublideck 2D is ideal for decorators and artists that need to place images onto regular flat objects such as mouse pads or ceramic tiles but also require the ability to decorate simple shaped products, curves and dimensional items. The key to the Sublideck 2D is a flexible rubber membrane that conforms to the outlines of simple curved products. This press works with standard dye sublimation inks printed onto standard transfer paper.

Many digital decorators and artists do not require a completely wrapped product. The Sublideck 2D uses a special vacuum press bed and flexible top membrane to wrap the transfer media completely around the surface of the substrate. The result is unlike anything available in standard sublimation decoration today: a vibrant, permanent image applied to a three dimensional object.

"Lock & Cool" technology allows decoration of fragile items
Since many substrates are delicate and cannot absorb high heat, the Sublideck2D is particularly effective for products that have low distortion thresholds such as plastics. The "Lock & Cool" function simply maintains the vacuum pressure after imaging, locking the item in place and in shape, while the item cools. The process prevents products from warping, while delivering compelling decoration.

No special supplies or equipment needed
The Sublideck 2D works easily with regular sublimation transfer paper which allows for precise control over the placement of images and designs.
