Driving directions to Octi-Tech Ltd and Map from M1 Junction 35
- From M1 Exit at junction 35
- At the roundabout, take the exit onto A629/Cowley Hill heading to Chapeltown
- Go down the hill approx 3/4 mile and take a left at the lights into Nether Lane
- Continue straight on Nether Lane across the roundabout
- Follow Nether Lane under low bridge for about 1 mile till you pass a pub on your right called Meadow Farm
- 100 yards after pub take left into Provincial Park Industrial Estate
- Drive straight on through security barriers as far as you can go and then turn left we are 100 yards up on right hand side.
